I was disapointed to tell him that this recipe did not exist. Then, I came across hypnosis and did my certifications and extended researches on hypnosis for childbirth and sure enough...since then we have had many patients with „easy and painless childbirths‰ with the help of hypnosis. I must admit that writing this book is a pleasure for me. Birth is a true passion for me and when my patients ask me if I can follow their pregnant friend, I answer that there is two things I can never say „no‰ to: following pregancies and chocolate!
